Book Your Class

This is a 2 hour yoga session designed to prepare the student for deep rest. The class begins with gentle movement (asana) and simple breathing practices (pranayama) to prepare the body for stillness and to begin to quieten the mind. The class culminates with reflective meditative practice and deep rest. Within these few hours you will come to understand and learn the skill of letting go, setting intention, and rest.

Over time each student will learn to access this place of quiet and mindfully leave behind the busy-ness of life in their own home.
